The source stated, "What his former wife has to say has nothing to do with Raj and Samantha. She is formally separated from him. In fact, Samantha would never start a relationship with a married man. She got into a relationship with Raj two years ago, when he had separated from his wife and was living alone."

The source also refuted claims that Raj shares a child with his ex-wife, Shhyamali De.

Rumors of a relationship between Samantha and Raj have been circulating for some time, largely due to their frequent professional collaborations.
